Heaters with a heating function include tape heaters, space heaters, control panel heaters (heaters for panel), etc., and are used according to the application. Items with cooling functions include coolers for control panels, Peltier coolers (Peltier cooling units), heat sinks (heat sinks), and heat sinks for substrates.
