About Inspection equipment

An inspection device is a device that inspects whether it is in a correct state or in an abnormal state. Used during or at the end of the manufacturing process to ensure the quality of products made by equipment or people. Generally, a normal value is set, and if the test result is within the range of the normal value, it is OK, and if it is outside the range, it is NG. Inspection methods include those that visually inspect the position and condition, such as image inspection, and those that measure measured values such as flow rate and pressure. Most tests can be performed as long as the condition can be quantified and the normal range can be set.
