What is a Toroidal coil?
A toroidal coil is a coil made by winding an electric wire around an annular magnetic core. By forming a closed magnetic circuit called an annulus, it has different characteristics from ordinary coils. A coil with a wire wound in a cylindrical shape has the potential to affect surrounding substances because the induced magnetic lines of force pass through the coil and radiate to the outside.
