What is a Incubation device?

A culture device is a device for culturing animal or insect cells, E. coli or other bacteria or plants. The environment (temperature, humidity, etc.) that facilitates the growth of these organisms and cells can be controlled and kept constant. Those that can be shaken culture for bacteria etc. are called bioshakers. A CO2 incubator is also used to introduce carbon dioxide to buffer the pH of the medium in mammalian cell culture.
