What is a Pallet stage?

The pallet stage is a mezzanine shelf (temporary mezzanine), which is installed to utilize the dead space that tends to be created at the top of the warehouse. A steel pallet is hung between two racks and connected. It can be assembled and disassembled in a short period of time because it does not use anchors and is not fixed to the building.
There are many similar structures such as loading racks, laminated racks, laminated shelves, mezzanine laminated racks, mezzanine racks, three-dimensional mounts, and plain racks. Of these, the pallet stage uses the simplest installation method, and the reverse nestener (reverse nesting rack) is installed as a support without using anchors.

Application of Pallet stage

The pallet stage was devised to take advantage of the dead space created at the top of the warehouse. Since the plane can be divided into two layers, the work space and storage capacity are simply doubled. Since it does not use bolts, it has the advantage that it can be installed anywhere you like with a forklift and can be freely moved and expanded. When not needed, it can be removed and stored by nesting. You can also improve the scenery by devising the interior.
