What is a Vent filter?
A vent filter is a filter device that filters the air that flows into the tank to make it sterile and dust-free. It is used in the semiconductor industry, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, beverages, and cosmetics industries that require clean air. Generally, fine particles of about 0.2 μm are captured with high performance. Polypropylene and fluororesin are often used as filter materials, and they can be used repeatedly by sterilizing them in an autoclave. You can also pass steam through the tank with the filter attached.
