What is a Mixing valve?
A mixing valve is a temperature control valve that mixes hot water and cold water to flexibly control the hot water temperature. Conventionally, it is used for gas water heaters and electric water heaters. In recent years, with the spread of all-electric homes, it has been adopted for CO2 natural refrigerant heat pump water heaters, commonly known as EcoCute, which are highly energy efficient. Hot water can be easily supplied by simply connecting hot and cold water. In addition, it has good followability to pressure fluctuations of hot and cold water, and can supply hot water at the desired appropriate temperature.
