Balancing machine / List of 3 manufacturers
What is a Balancing machine?
A balancing machine is a measuring machine that measures the rotational vibration of parts that are rotated and used. At the time of machining and assembling rotating parts, the center of gravity and the center of gravity do not always match due to machining errors and misalignment during assembly. Therefore, if it is used as it is, rotational vibration will occur during use. Rotational vibration is not only unpleasant during use, but can also cause machine failure or damage. The balancing machine measures the vibration and indicates the amount of imbalance (correction amount), so that the rotational vibration can be kept within the reference value.
Application of Balancing machine
1.Electric Motors – Balancing machines are used to check the balance of electric motor rotors, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing vibrations that can lead to wear and reduced efficiency.
2.Turbine Blades – In industries like aerospace, balancing machines are used to ensure that turbine blades are properly balanced, preventing issues such as uneven wear, vibrations, and potential damage during high-speed rotation.
3.Wheels and Tires – Automotive and industrial wheels and tires are balanced using balancing machines to ensure smooth rotation, reduce wear, and improve safety and performance.
