What is a Draft chamber?
A fume hood is a type of local exhaust system used when handling harmful substances that may affect the human body in chemical experiments and biological experiments.
Local exhaust systems can be broadly divided into two types: an enclosure type that covers harmful substances, and an external type that has a suction port (hood) on the side of the harmful substances in the open state. Fume hoods are classified as enclosure-type local exhaust systems. Among the enclosure types, there are four types: cover type, glove box type, fume hood type, and building booth type. The draft chamber type has a wide workbench and is characterized by good operability from the up / down (or left / right) slide door that opens wide to the front.
