Dry heat sterilizer / List of 3 manufacturers
What is a Dry heat sterilizer?
A dry heat sterilizer is a device that kills microorganisms attached to various instruments with heated dry air. Sterilization is performed by generating dry air of 100 ° C or higher in an electric oven and exposing the air to the equipment for a certain period of time. Sterilization conditions (temperature and time) are set in consideration of the heat resistance of the target bacteria. In addition, high heat resistance of the instrument body is also required. The dry air is exposed to the appliance by either the batch method or the continuous method described later. When handling a wide variety of instruments, a batch method is used and the sterilization process is performed for each instrument.
