What is a Ozone sterilizer?
The ozone sterilizer is a device for highly efficient sterilization of spaces and substances by utilizing the strong oxidizing action of ozone (O3). The characteristics of ozone sterilization are that resistant bacteria are not created by utilizing the oxidizing action, and that it returns to oxygen after the reaction and is highly safe. In addition, it can be sterilized at room temperature and can be used even with non-heat resistant materials. Previous studies on the inactivation mechanism of bacteria have shown that it is effective against various bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
