Thermal resin / List of 3 manufacturers
What is a Thermal resin?
Thermal conductive resin is a type of plastic material that is designed to efficiently transfer heat. Normally, resins have a low thermal conductivity, but special additives are incorporated to enhance the material's ability to conduct heat. This allows heat to be quickly spread out, preventing overheating of components and devices. Thermal conductive resins are used in heat management parts of electronic devices, heat sinks, and LED lighting applications. To improve thermal conductivity, metal powders like aluminum or copper are often mixed into the resin. This enhances the material's heat dissipation properties, making it ideal for small electronic devices and complex structures, contributing to longer lifespan and increased reliability of the devices.
Application of Thermal resin
1.Heat Management Parts for Electronic Devices: Used in cooling systems for smartphones, computers, etc.
2.LED Lighting: Helps manage heat in LED lights and prevents overheating.
3.Electric Vehicle Battery Cooling: Used to effectively spread heat in battery systems.
