What is a Touch sensor?

A touch sensor is a sensor that can detect when a person touches or approaches. A touch sensor is placed on a transparent film board, and when a person touches it, it can be operated by switching or selecting a circuit such as on / off. Touch sensors are used in lighting equipment switches, automatic doors, elevators, etc. because they do not require strong force and operate with a light touch.
