What is a High voltage probe?

A high voltage probe is a passive probe that can measure high voltages. When measuring high voltages above several hundred volts, standard voltage probes are destroyed and cannot be measured. It is becoming difficult for probes to handle high frequencies and high voltages. On the other hand, high voltage probes can measure voltages as high as several thousand to tens of thousands of volts, and are passive probes dedicated to high voltages.
