What is a Moisture sensor?

Moisture sensors are used in a wide range of fields to measure the amount of moisture contained in wood, coal, food, and fibers. The measurement methods used in moisture sensors are capacitance, resistance, microwave, near-infrared, and neutron. Electricity, neutrons, near-infrared rays, etc. are applied to the object to be measured, and the sensor detects it to determine the moisture content.
