What is a Photo reflector?

A photo reflector is a sensor that uses the reflected light from an object to measure distance or position. Its basic structure consists of a light source (usually an LED) and a light-receiving element (such as a photodiode). The light emitted by the source is reflected off the object, and the reflected light is detected by the receiving element.
