What is a Image intensifier?
An image intensifier is a device that detects extremely weak light or X-rays and amplifies them thousands to tens of thousands of times to visualize them. Among them, the ""X-ray image intensifier"" that visualizes X-rays and the ""MCP image intensifier"" that visualizes weak light such as fluorescence are called. Normally, fluorescence and nighttime light are basically extremely weak, so by converting them into electrons and amplifying them electrically, it is possible to add contrast and make them look like images.
