What is a Ultrasonic oscillator?

An ultrasonic oscillator is an ultrasonic generator that consists of an oscillator and a vibrator. Ultrasonic cleaning is possible by integrating with media such as water and cleaning agents when cleaning. Frequency settings and vibrator conditions can be automatically tuned, so stable ultrasonic waves can be oscillated, and cleaning power can be adjusted to suit a wide range of applications.

There are two types of vibrators: the electrostrictive type, which expands and contracts under the action of an electric field, and the magnetostrictive type, which expands and contracts under the action of a magnetic field.Both types are characterized by high conversion efficiency. When ultrasonic vibrations are transmitted into a liquid during cleaning, a cavitation phenomenon occurs in which bubbles filled with evaporated or dissolved gas are generated. This cavitation creates a cleaning effect. If cavitation is large, the bubbles generated will be large and the impact will be strong when they burst, resulting in greater damage to the object. As a result, even stubborn stains can be effectively cleaned. On the other hand, when cavitation is small, the bubbles are small and the impact when they burst is weak, so there is less damage to the object. Therefore, delicate cleaning is possible without leaving any uneven washing.
