What is a Microswitch?
A microswitch is a component that detects the position of an object and outputs a contact. It is mainly used as a detection switch, but it may also be used for operation. Incorporate the contact output of the microswitch into the control circuit to stop the operation of the machine. The microswitch contacts themselves generally have an allowable current of several amperes. The part that comes into contact with the object is equipped with an actuator, and there are button, roller, and lever types.
