Solid state relay / List of 5 manufacturers
What is a Solid state relay?
A solid state relay is a non-contact type relay that uses semiconductors. A relay is a component that isolates an input signal and outputs it. A contact type relay is called a mechanical relay, and a non-contact type relay is called a solid state relay. Due to its high response and long life, it is suitable for situations where highly accurate feedback control is required.
Application of Solid state relay
✅ Industrial Automation
Used with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) to control motors and heaters in factories.
Fast switching improves machine durability and efficiency.
✅ Medical Equipment
Applied in MRI machines and X-ray equipment where precise power control is essential.
Contactless design reduces noise and extends lifespan.
✅ Home Appliances
Used in induction cooktops and microwave ovens for temperature control.
High-speed switching contributes to energy efficiency.
✅ Telecommunication & Data Centers
Controls server power management and cooling fans.
Low power consumption and minimal heat generation ensure reliable operation.
