What is a Vacuum gate valve?

Mainly in vacuum equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, it is a valve body for partitioning between multiple vacuum chambers or between a vacuum chamber and the atmosphere side environment. Gate valves come in a variety of opening and closing types, opening and closing forces, and valve body structures. Select a gate valve in consideration of the pressure difference across the valve body, the opening and closing speed, the level of dirt and dust generated during opening and closing, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. There are a wide range of sizes, from small ones with a diameter of several tens of millimeters to large ones with a width of several meters used in flat panel display production equipment.
