What is a Button die?
A button die is a part used as a nest in the lower die plate of a mold. Button dies are also called button dies, threading adjusting round dies, round split pieces, and adjusting round dies. Normally, the lower die plate is used, and the surface of the plate can be polished during maintenance. As a result, the thickness of the plate becomes thinner, and it takes time and effort to remove the lower die plate. However, since the button die is nested, only the button die can be removed. It can be polished and replaced, so it can be used for a long time.
