What is a RO device?
The RO device is a device that purifies high-purity water by removing impurities such as organic chlorine compounds and heavy metal ions contained in water with a reverse osmosis membrane. The water purified by the RO device is called RO water. Also, in Japanese notation, it is indicated as a reverse osmosis membrane filtration device. Reverse osmosis membrane: A filtration membrane with pores of 2 nm or less that allows only water to permeate and blocks other impurities. The main substances to be removed are heavy metal ions, bacteria, organic chlorine compounds, etc., which can be removed by 99.9%. The specific principle will be described later, but to put it briefly, pressure is applied to non-pure water, impurities are blocked by a reverse osmosis membrane, and only high-purity water is allowed to permeate.
