What is a Peltier module?

A Peltier module is a thermoelectric device that transfers heat using electricity, functioning as a thermoelectric cooling element. The module consists of multiple semiconductor materials (typically bismuth telluride compounds) connected in series. When an electric current is passed through the module, heat is transferred from one side to the other, causing one side to cool and the other to heat up.
