A mold temperature controller is a device that maintains a constant temperature of molds used in plastic product molding processes such as injection molding and extrusion molding. The temperature of the mold is affected not only by seasonal fluctuations, but also by the temperature difference between morning and evening. In order to stabilize the quality of molded products, it is necessary to keep the mold temperature constant with a mold temperature controller. It is similar to a mold cooler (chiller). The mold cooler is specialized in lowering the mold temperature by circulating cold water. On the other hand, some mold temperature controllers use not only water but also oil as a circulating medium, making it possible to keep the mold temperature constant not only at low temperatures but also at 100°C or higher.
