What is a Graphite sheet?
As mobile devices and other electronic devices become lighter, thinner, and smaller, and at the same time they become more sophisticated and functional, the problem of heat generation is becoming a serious problem. The thermal conductivity of a graphite sheet is about 2 to 5 times that of copper, which has a high thermal conductivity among metals. Although it is slightly inferior to diamond, it has a higher thermal conductivity than other metals. Therefore, it has excellent thermal conductivity (heat dissipation and thermal diffusion) that can withstand high-density mounting of electronic parts, and is expected to be a heat countermeasure material that combines thinness and flexibility.
