What is a 5 axis machining center?
A 5-axis machining center (commonly known as MC) is a machine that newly adds two axes, a rotating axis and an inclined axis, to a machining center that is normally three axes. This was achieved by adding the function of rotating the workpiece and the function of tilting it in order to automate MC.

Machining centers are mainly used when machining accuracy and mass production are required because many types of machining can be performed continuously.
