What is a Laser engraving machine?
A laser engraving machine is a processing machine that uses a laser oscillator to engrave characters and figures on various materials. When the laser beam heats the surface of the work piece, the material melts and burns, allowing you to dig a groove. Generally, high power CO2 lasers and fiber lasers are used. It seems that the laser output of systems used in job shops is often tens to hundreds of watts. Depending on the combination with the drive system such as the stage, the higher the laser output, the deeper and faster the engraving will be.
