Uniaxial crusher / List of 6 manufacturers
What is a Uniaxial crusher?
A uniaxial crusher is a machine tool that has a structure in which a shaft with multiple blades is attached to a blade fixed to the main body. By rotating this shaft, multiple attached blades rotate, and you can perform crushing by hitting the object you want to process on it. By arranging the screen in the place where the work piece is discharged after crushing, only the ones that meet the required particle size conditions can be discharged, and the larger ones can be returned and crushed again. Since the crushed material can be prepared with the required particle size, it can maintain high quality and is suitable for those that require fine particle size and those that require uniform particle size. The amount that can be processed per unit time is inferior to that of a twin-screw crusher, but the advantage is that the particle size can be adjusted.
Application of Uniaxial crusher
Since the uniaxial crusher can be used for various materials that need to have a fine particle size, it is mainly used for the purpose of recycling waste materials and industrial waste. Specifically, it is often used when crushing plastics, wood, paper, etc. By selecting a crusher suitable for the material to be crushed and the amount to be processed, it can be used more economically and efficiently.
