What is a Welding machine?
A welder is a device used to join resins and non-ferrous metals. Two members are joined by heating the materials together above their melting point, then applying pressure and cooling to the joint. Sometimes called a welder or sealer. Welding to join metals uses high voltages to locally melt and join the metals, but the welds can be operated with relatively small equipment. Welding work must be done by skilled craftsmen after taking fire prevention measures in the surrounding area, but since it can be used unmanned, it is often used in product production lines such as factories.
Application of Welding machine
There are several heating methods for welding machines, such as electric heaters, ultrasonic waves, and vibration heating, depending on the material to be joined and the conditions of use. Any heating method can be heated instantly, and welding is completed within a few seconds. The heating performance is common. Utilizing this heating performance, welders are used for joining thin products such as thermoplastic resin films and sheets, and for caulking (riveting) various resin member seams.
