What is a Core drill?
A core drill is a drill that is widely used at construction sites, such as concrete, gypsum board, mortar, and brick, and is used to make large cylindrical holes. By simply changing the cutting edge, it is possible to drill holes in various materials used in construction work, and in the installation work of air conditioners, plumbing work around water, and electrical wiring work, it is possible to drill holes with large diameters that cannot be processed with ordinary drills. Since it can be processed in one shot and is efficient, it is an indispensable tool in the field of house building.
Application of Core drill
Drill bits cannot drill holes with a diameter of more than 100 mm, and the materials used to make holes are limited. The core drill is attached to the tip of an electric hammer drill, etc., and the cutting edge that matches the material to be drilled is selected and used. There are various types of core drill cutting edges, such as ""multi-type"" that is compatible with various materials such as reinforced plastic, siding, and PVC pipe, and ""for ALC"" that is hard and has reinforcing streaks and is difficult to process. There are dry type and wet type.
