What is a Material mixer?

A material mixer is a physical and chemical mixture of two or more materials (substances: solid-solid, solid-liquid, liquid-liquid, gas-liquid) that are mechanically stirred by various stirring blades. It is a machine that makes the required level of mixing state.
There are two types of material mixers: weight (mass) weighing type and capacity weighing type. Since the weight (mass) weighing type mixer mixes materials while measuring them by mass, there is less weighing error due to the shape and size of the material compared to the capacity weighing type, and while measuring more reliably and accurately. Mixing is possible. On the other hand, the capacity weighing type mixer weighs the material by feeding with a screw and time, but it is cheaper than the mass weighing type mixer.

Application of Material mixer

Material mixers are used to weigh and mix solid, liquid, and gaseous materials, and are used in a variety of settings, from large plants to lab levels, for diversifying formulations. The industries used are the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, cosmetics industry, chemical industry, etc. Objects are used in the manufacture of printing inks, various colorants, paints, adhesives, sealants, toners, cosmetics, chemicals, secondary batteries, etc.
