Magnetizer / List of 9 manufacturers
What is a Magnetizer?
A magnetizer is a device that generates a strong magnetic field and performs a process called "magnetization". Magnetization is the process of applying magnetic force to a magnetic material, which is a necessary task when creating a permanent magnet. Commonly used permanent magnets do not have magnetic force when the material is molded. By exposing it to a strong magnetic field and magnetizing it, it becomes a permanent magnet. There are various substances that can be magnets, such as iron, nickel, and aluminum, but each has its own limits. The porcelain gives magnetism by applying a magnetic field to the limit point.
Application of Magnetizer
Porcelain is mainly used to make permanent magnets. There are few magnet stones calculated from the natural world, and most of the magnets used industrially are given magnetic force using a porcelain. For example, iron, nickel and cobalt. These are strongly magnetized among magnetic materials and are used in places where a large magnetic force is required. In addition, the limits of magnetism vary depending on the material, so the application will differ depending on the applied magnetic force. Industrially, it is used for motors and various devices such as speakers and sensors.
