What is a Crusher?
A crusher is a device that crushes granular or agglomerated agglomerated materials to reduce the size of the grains. It is similar in function to a crusher in that it crushes materials, but in a different role. Since crushing crushes the material until it becomes powdery, the shape to be discharged is powder or powder or granular material, but in crushing, the material is discharged when the material reaches a certain grain size, so it is possible to obtain the material as granules. Utilizing these functions, it is used in the process of decomposing foods such as bread, biscuits, and snacks into flakes, and in the process of adjusting the granulated material to the required grain size.
Application of Crusher
A crusher is used to crush a mass-shaped object to a certain size and to eliminate the agglomeration of powder. In the food field, it is used for the purpose of decomposing bread, noodles, biscuits, snacks, etc. to a certain size, and has a proven track record in the production of flake-shaped curry roux, chocolate chips, dog food, etc. In the manufacturing field, it is used to break granulated materials to the required grain size into flakes and to eliminate unintentional lumps. Generally, it is installed downstream of the granulation process, and by combining it with a device that sorts the grain size such as a sieve, it is possible to obtain a material with a grain size within a certain range.
