An ultrasonic metal joining machine is a device for joining metal materials. Application of vacuum packaging machine

Ultrasonic metal joining machines are used to join different types of metals because they can perform solid phase bonding with less heat generation. When different types of metals are joined by welding, a melted and mixed alloy layer is formed at the joining interface, which changes the electrical or mechanical properties. Ultrasonic bonding produces almost no alloy layer as an impurity, so it is used when constructing electrical contacts. It is used to join aluminum and copper, especially in the manufacture of batteries.
