What is a AC arc welder?
There are two types of arc welding machines, DC type and AC type, and AC arc welding machines represent arc welding machines whose welding power supply is AC type. Compared to the DC type, the price is cheaper and the maintenance is easier, so the AC type is generally used for DIY applications used in household outlets. In addition, since the AC arc welder has a high voltage when there is no load (standby state when no arc is generated), it is obligatory to attach an ""electric shock prevention device"" that suppresses the terminal voltage to 25V or less.
