What is a Articulated robot?
An articulated robot is a robot that has three or more joints called joints on the arm, and it combines movements such as rotation, flexion, bending and stretching, and vertical movement with these multiple joints to perform movements similar to human movements. It is an industrial machine that can do. In addition to these movements, by having a linear motion joint peculiar to the robot, it is possible to perform the robot's unique movement of expanding and contracting the moving parts in the up and down, front and back, and left and right directions. One of the most popular and major articulated robots is the vertical articulated robot, which consists of a manipulator part, a controller part, and a teach pendant part of a programming storage terminal.
Application of Articulated robot
1.Welding in Automotive Manufacturing
In the automotive industry, articulated robots are used for welding tasks, such as welding car chassis and frames. They are capable of performing repetitive welding operations with high precision.
2.Assembly of Electronic Devices
Articulated robots are used in the assembly of electronic devices, such as attaching components and performing soldering tasks. Their precise movements make them ideal for delicate and intricate tasks.
3.Packaging in the Food Industry
