It is also used as an inspection jig. The flying probe tester does not require an inspection jig and is suitable for small-quantity, high-mix substrates. In addition, it is possible to handle fine patterns. Specifically, there are short / open defects in solder, defects due to incorrect constants such as capacitors, coils, and resistors, defective parts such as capacitors, coils, resistors, diodes, and transistors, defective lead floating of ICs and connectors, and photocouplers. It is used to check the operation of digital transistors and Zener diodes. In special inspections, it is used for image inspection of parts that cannot be electrically inspected, adhesion (solder) defect inspection such as SOP and QFP, and simple function inspection.
