Torque Checker / List of 4 manufacturers
What is a Torque Checker?
A torque checker is a device used to check the torque setting value of an electric screwdriver. It is used to check whether the tightening torque of the driver is set correctly, and it can be expected to prevent "damage to the product due to tightening with the wrong torque" and "deterioration of product function due to insufficient torque".
Application of Torque Checker
It is mainly used in mass production sites such as factories. When assembling the product, the appropriate torque is determined by the type of screw to be attached, so torque management by a torque checker is required. If torque is not managed, there will be a difference in tightening force depending on the operator, which may cause "damage due to overtightening" or "deterioration of product function due to insufficient torque". On the other hand, by tightening with the correct set value using the torque checker at the start of work, stable quality can be maintained regardless of the operator. Checking the set value with the torque checker is not usually done every time the tightening work is done, but it is often done only at the beginning of the work of the day. Some products have an instruction to ""check after the specified number of assembly is completed even in a day"", so in this case, you may need to check again with the specified number according to the instruction.
