Rebar detector / List of 2 manufacturers
What is a Rebar detector?
A rebar probe is a device that measures rebar, water pipes, electrical wiring, etc. inside concrete. It is used to check the structure and construction status of the building, and to check if there is any disconnection of wiring. If the reinforcing bars are not connected properly or the wiring is not in the proper position, it may cause an accident. Inspection with a rebar probe is a very important process. It is possible to check the inside non-destructively, and there is no need to worry about damaging the building. There are mainly electromagnetic wave radar methods and electromagnetic induction methods as exploration methods, which can be selected according to the appropriate application.
Application of Rebar detector
Rebar probes are commonly used to measure the rebar in a concrete building and the thickness that covers it. Not only buildings such as buildings and condominiums, but also concrete grounds and highways. In addition to reinforcing bars, there are water pipes, gas pipes, and electrical wiring that are buried in concrete. When building a building, a rebar probe is used to look for defects or structural defects in the rebar. It is also used to check the internal conditions during electrical and gas plumbing work and air conditioning equipment installation.
