Pinhole detector / List of 12 manufacturers
What is a Pinhole detector?
A pinhole detector is a device for detecting device defects called pinholes. Pinholes are small holes that are created during the manufacturing process of products, and most of them are invisible, but there is a risk of causing equipment malfunction. It is mainly generated by impact and vibration during movement, but it is generated when the gas and air generated in the metal plating and welding process cool and only air bubbles remain. Pinhole detectors can find these small holes in a variety of ways.
Application of Pinhole detector
Pinhole detectors are used to detect pinholes to prevent product defects and equipment malfunctions, but there are various situations in which pinholes occur. For example, food containers and packaging products. These will generate pinholes when impact is applied or friction is generated by vibration. Pinholes can cause leaks and corrosion of the contents and should be found immediately. It is also used for plating and painting. The gas generated during painting can create pinholes. Pinholes can cause dirt and corrosion, so use a pinhole detector to find them.
