What is a Ultrasonic disperser?

An ultrasonic disperser is a device that promotes the dispersion and reaction of materials by ultrasonic waves. It is also called an ultrasonic homogenizer because it is used for homogenization. Mixing several substances is the basis of processing, but some substances, such as water and oil, do not mix well just by stirring. The reason why they do not mix well is that the size of each particle is different. Ultrasonic dispersers are used to manufacture foods such as mayonnaise, juice and cream, and printing-related products such as ink.
