What is a Hhigh frequency welder?
A high frequency welder is a device for welding sheet-shaped thermoplastic resins such as vinyl chloride and nylon by high frequency dielectric heating. Welding using a high-frequency welder is called welding, and it is characterized by higher welding strength and a beautiful finish than other welding methods using external heating. It is similar to heating using microwaves such as a microwave oven in that it induces molecular vibration of the dielectric and heats it, but unlike microwave heating that irradiates electromagnetic waves from all directions, a pair of electrode plates are used in high-frequency welders. Since it is sandwiched between and heated, partial and deep heating can be performed.
Application of Hhigh frequency welder
High frequency welders are used to stitch together sheet-like materials. The materials that can be used in high-frequency welders are limited in principle, but because there are no seams or seam allowances, the finish of the bonded part is very beautiful, and because high strength and uniform quality can be achieved, like tents and life jackets. It is suitable for the production of products that cannot be sewn to ensure airtightness, waterproofness and durability, and products that require aesthetics such as business card cases, book covers and bags.
