What is a Test probe?
A probe that specializes in experiments on electric circuits and test equipment, continuity confirmation, and waveform confirmation is called a test probe. Unlike common clips and probes, it can measure small electronic components on boards and even in uncoated cables. Test probes come in many sizes and tip shapes to suit the object to be inspected. Typical tip shapes include "tip clamp type probe", "piercing type probe", and "probe pin".
Application of Test probe
It is used when inspecting printed circuit boards and electronic components without soldering or connecting connectors to the board.
Tip clamp type probe
Grasp the measurement point and measure. It is used to measure small parts in narrow and deep places that cannot be reached by ordinary clips and probes.
Piercing probe
It is used when measuring by piercing a conductor from the top of the cable jacket. The feature is that it can be measured even when the cable cannot be cut.
Probe pin
It is used for electrical inspection with appropriate load and contact on the electrode to be inspected.
